 How do I measure correctly?

If you want to take your own measurements, it's best to do this in your underwear. This prevents measurements that are too large. Use measuring tape with centimeters (cm) and make sure not to wrap is around yourself too tightly. All sizes refer to standard sizes.

To measure your waist, pull the measuring tape around the smallest part of your waist.
