Discount codes
Discount codes are valid for a limited period of time and cannot always be applied to all items. If a discount code does not work, or does not work on all products, check the conditions carefully.

When manually entering a discount code, a mistake is easily made, keep the following in mind:

• Discount codes are case sensitive.
• Do not use spaces when entering the discount code.
• The numbers 0 and 1 are sometimes confused with an O & I.

If you return items from an order including a discount, the amount of the item will be credited minus the proportional discount.
