Warranty
The legal warranty applies to all our items. Legal warranty means that a product is or does what you, as a consumer, can reasonably expect from it.
If an item does not function properly within the legal warranty period, we will try to find a solution as soon as possible. For example: free repairs, new item or refund.
If the problem with the item has occurred as a result of improper use, you have no right to compensation in any form.
If the item is worn as a result of normal use, you also have no right to compensation in any form.
Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with an item, the item is not functioning as it should be or you have a complaint about our services, please contact us! Send an email to info@brunottishop.com. E-mails will be processed and answered within two working days.To handle a complaint in the best possible way, we ask you to provide your order number (begins with BES...) and item details. We will immediately look for a proper solution.If you have a complaint within the legal warranty period, all costs will be covered by the Brunotti E-shop.

Discount Code - Returning Items
If you have used a discount code, the discount will be deducted from the total amount of your order. The discount is therefore divided proportionally over all ordered items. If you return items from this order, the amount of the item will be credited minus the proportional discount. A discount code is for one time use.
