The legal warranty applies to all our items. Legal warranty means that a product is or does what you, as a consumer, can reasonably expect from it.
If an item does not function properly within the legal warranty period, we will try to find a solution as soon as possible. For example: free repairs, new item or refund.
If the problem with the item has occurred as a result of improper use, you have no right to compensation in any form.
If the item is worn as a result of normal use, you also have no right to compensation in any form.

Emails will be processed and answered within two business days.To handle a complaint in the best possible way, we ask you to provide your order number and item details. You must return items in pairs to receive a refund. You will receive a full refund in the amount of the first qualifying item (paid) that was returned, only in the event that the second qualifying (free) item is included in the same return package.
