From the moment of delivery, you have 30 days to view your order and try on the items. Within this term you can return the order, or part of it, in its original state by filling out the enclosed return form.

To return your order, or part of it, please put the enclosed return sticker on the original packaging. If you do not have this packaging anymore, please use a reasonable alternative. Please put the return form with the items in the box. Don’t forget to state your IBAN and BIC, so we can refund the money of the return shipment as soon as possible. The refund will take place through the same payment method you used to place the order.

You will receive an e-mail as soon as we have received the returned items. The money of the retour shipment will be refunded to you within fourteen days from this moment. If the items are damaged, we will charge the costs for the depreciation.

If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order.


 

Do you want to have your order delivered on another address? No problem! You can enter an alternative delivery address when you enter your customer information.

It is not possible to have your order delivered on a specific date.

 


 

Do you want to place an order from abroad? That’s possible!
We deliver in all countries. A valid credit card, PayPal account or payment through iDEAL is, however, required in this case.
