The return shipment costs are paid when you hand over your return shipment at the post office. When you return your entire order, the shipping costs you already paid expire. These shipping costs will be included in the refund.
Your credit card may
be refused. One possible reason for this is that the country of issue differs
from the country where the IP address is registered. The transaction will then
be refused. We apply this safety measure to prevent fraud.
