If you have used a discount code, the discount will be deducted from the total amount of your order. The discount is therefore distributed proportionally over all ordered items. If you return items from this order, the amount of the item will be credited minus the proportionate discount.


 

If you are dissatisfied with an item, the item is not functioning as it should be or you have a complaint about our services, please contact us! Send an email to info@brunottishop.com. Emails will be processed and answered within two business days.

To handle a complaint in the best possible way, we ask you to provide your order number and item details. 

We will immediately look for a proper solution.

If you have a complaint within the legal warranty period, all costs will be covered by the Brunotti E-shop.
