If you are dissatisfied with an item or if the item does not function the way it should, please contact us! Call +31 (0)33-4517095 during office hours or send an e-mail to info@brunottishop.com.

To handle a complaint in the best possible way, we ask you to provide your order number and item details. So please keep them at hand when you call, or mention them in your e-mail.

We will immediately look for a proper solution.

If you have a complaint within the legal warranty period, all costs will be covered by the Brunotti E-shop.

 

 


Do you want to return or exchange discounted items? No problem! You can return these items by filling out the return form as well.


From the moment of delivery, you have fourteen days to view your order and try on the items. Within this term you can return the order, or part of it, in its original state by filling out the enclosed return form.

To return your order, or part of it, please put the enclosed return sticker on the original packaging. If you do not have this packaging anymore, please use a reasonable alternative. Please put the return form with the items in the box. Don?t forget to state your IBAN and BIC, so we can refund the money of the return shipment as soon as possible. The refund will take place through the same payment method you used to place the order.

You will receive an e-mail as soon as we have received the returned items. The money of the retour shipment will be refunded to you within fourteen days from this moment. If the items are damaged, we will charge the costs for the depreciation.

If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order.


The return shipment costs are paid when you hand over your return shipment at the post office. When you return your entire order, the shipping costs you already paid expire. These shipping costs will be included in the refund.
