Ogone is a company that processes online payments. This company helps us create clear and user-friendly payment pages to enable you to pay online easily.When you see the Ogone logo on the payment page accompanied by the words "Payment Processed by Ogone", you can be confident that your payment will be processed quickly and that your information is secure.


From the moment of delivery, you have 100 days to view your order and try on the items. Within this term you can return the order, or part of it, in its original state by filling out the enclosed return form.


 

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with Track & Trace code. This means you can easily track the status of your order. You can also see in what time frame your order will be delivered.

 


The return shipment costs are paid when you hand over your return shipment at the post office. When you return your entire order, the shipping costs you already paid expire. These shipping costs will be included in the refund.
