In case the order confirmation is missing, it is possible that you have entered an incorrect e-mail address. It is also possible that something went wrong in the ordering process. Sometimes the confirmation ended up in your spam box.

If you have already received the shipping confirmation, please return the order or part of the order within 30 days. You can use the return form to do this.

Do you want to pay by credit card? You can pay with MasterCard and Visa.

PayPal
This online payment method is linked to your credit card or bank account. You can pay with PayPal in our e-shop.

Bank transfer
After placing the order, the order will be reserved for you for five days. As soon as we receive your payment, the order will be sent immediately. If you have not payed after these five days, your order will be automatically cancelled.

Your credit card may be refused. One possible reason for this is that the country of issue differs from the country where the IP address is registered. The transaction will then be refused. We apply this safety measure to prevent fraud.

Deliveries & Pick-Ups

The shipping costs for deliveries in the UK are € 9,95. These shipping costs will be automatically included in your order. Please find an overview of shipping costs for other countries below:

The delivery time in the UK is two to three business days.

Orders placed on Monday through Friday before 3 pm, will be picked up from our warehouse by UPS on that same day.

 As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with Track & Trace code. This means you can easily track the status of your order. You can also see in what time frame your order will be delivered.  

 Do you want to have your order delivered on another address? No problem! You can enter an alternative delivery address when you enter your customer information.

It is not possible to have your order delivered on a specific date.  

 You can have your order delivered outside the UK. A valid credit card or PayPal account is, however, required in this case.

Exchanging & Returning


From the moment of delivery, you have 100 days to view your order and try on the items. Within this term you can return the order, or part of it, in its original state by filling out the enclosed return form.

To return your order, or part of it, please use the original packaging. If you do not have this packaging anymore, please use a reasonable alternative. Please put the return form with the items in the box. The refund will take place through the same payment method you used to place the order.

You will receive an e-mail as soon as we have received the returned items. The money of the retour shipment will be refunded to you within 14 days from this moment. If the items are damaged, we will charge the costs for the depreciation.

If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order.

Do you want to return or exchange discounted items? No problem! You can return these items by filling out the return form as well.

The return shipment is at your own costs and needs to be paid at the post office. In case you return your entire order, the previous shipping costs, you already paid, will expire. These shipping costs will be included in the refund.

The legal warranty applies to all our items. Legal warranty means that a product is or does what you, as a consumer, can reasonably expect from it.

If an item does not function properly within the legal warranty period, we will try to find a solution as soon as possible. For example: free repairs, new item or refund.

If the problem with the item has occurred as a result of improper use, you have no right to compensation in any form.

If the item is worn as a result of normal use, you also have no right to compensation in any form.

 If you are dissatisfied with an item, the item is not functioning as it should be or you have a complaint about our services, please contact us! Send an email to info@brunottishop.com. Emails will be processed and answered within two business days.

To handle a complaint in the best possible way, we ask you to provide your order number and item details. So please keep them at hand when you call, or mention them in your e-mail.

We will immediately look for a proper solution.

If you have a complaint within the legal warranty period, all costs will be covered by the Brunotti E-shop.    
Get a free beanie! Spend at least €100,-
Duration: 9 - 15 February 2020. While supplies last. Please note: If you return products and the order amount will be less than €100,-, you also need to return the beanie. If you don't, we will charge €19,99. We will settle this with the amount to be refunded.
