When we receive your return package we will repay the purchase price as quickly as possible within a maximum of 14 days. This term starts at the moment you have signed up the package with UPS.Fill out the return form and indicate which items you wish to return. Include their return code. Place the item in its original packing or a reasonable alternative. Include the complete receipt and the return form. Stick the supplied return sticker (which shows the return address) and call UPS.
The returning of items is easy. All the items you can buy from us are subject to a legal warranty policy. This means that the item should be in good condition when it is delivered and should function normally when it is used. The legal warranty policy means that the product is or does what the consumer can expect from it in all fairness.
What is a good product? You should at least be able to use an item without problems for a period of time. How long the item lasts, depends on the nature of the item. If you are buying an item on sale, you are also entitled to a good product.
What is a poor product?An item is poor when it is incomplete, damaged, broken or not working well.
If an item does not function within the applicable warranty term, we will search for a good solution as quickly as possible. This could include, for example, free repairs, a new item or a refund. Within this term you can look at the items and see if they fit. The item should be returned unused and in the original state.
