Where can I find the information about sizes of the products?
Next to the button "Select size", you can find the Size Chart. Just try and click on it. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the bigger size to generate an optimal wearing comfort.
How is the fitting of the products?
The sizes of the products are geared to the European standards. Renowned Institutes generate these standard sizes through regular measurements. How the product fits to your body depends on different factors i.e. posture or figure. For making your decision as easy as possible we always try to optimize the ordering and returning process. Please notice the fitting symbols: slim fit, regular fit and loose fit.
Is it possible for me to choose the product which I prefer in a different size?
All momentary available sizes are listed in the online shop. If you have found your favorite product please click on "Select size". Then you can see if the product is available in your size.

All momentary available products are listed in the online shop. Unfortunately you only have the possibility to find another product in our product range or to visit one of our stores.
Where can I buy a product which is not available in the Online Store at present?
You can send a request to our Support-Team and ask them when the product will be available again or where it is still available. Please send a Mail to info@brunotti.com
Do all prices include VAT?

Yes, all prices on the website include VAT.

I have a question concerning a product which I bought in a shop
Unfortunately it is not possible for us to answer questions about products, which you haven't bought in the online shop. Please ask directly at the shop, where you have bought the product. This applies to returns and complaints too.
What is my order status / Track and Trace?
As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number. This way you can check the shipment status yourself. Please note that this is possible 24 hours after you have received our shipment confirmation.
Is there a minimum order value?

No.

Is there an order limit, which I need to know?
Basically, we don't have any order limit. But we reserve the right to decline an order. If you have any questions, please contact us by writing an e-mail to info@brunotti.com.
What are the forwarding charges?

Please select your country in the orderproces. Afterward you can see the shipment costs.

I used the payment in advance, but unfortunately I have not got my order yet.

Why didn?t I receive an order confirmation?

If you have not received an order confirmation it is possible that you have entered a false e-mail address or that something else went wrong while placing the order. Please contact us by using the contact form. We will respond as soon as possible.

How can I change my order afterwards?
If you want to change your order afterwards, please send us an e-mail to info@brunotti.com and tell us what we should change. If the package hasn't been sent to you, we would do our best to follow your wishes.
How fast is the delivery of brunotti.com?

We ship internationally with UPS. Delivery to the Netherlands and Germany will reach you in 1, resp. 2-3 working days. Other countries can find the shippinog costs and delivery times on the cart-page after putting an item in your shoppingcart.

Can you deliver the order on a specific date?

Unfortunately this is not possible.

Can you send the articles to another address than the payment address?
Of course you can have a delivery to another address than yours (i.e. to your office, to friends of neighbours) if you are not available through the delivery times. During the order you can put in a delivery address, that means that your order will not be delivered to the billing address.
Do you also ship outside of Europe?

yes, we deliver in all countries.  

My country is not listed on the UPS country list. Do you also ship to countries that are not on the list of UPS?

Yes, we deliver to the USA. You can select your country in the basket. The shipping costs will be shown directly.

How do I return an item?

That is a pity, but it is not a problem. When you send the item back to us we will refund the purchase money within a maximum of 14 days. This term starts the moment you sign up the package. Please use this service with care and use the included return form/sticker. Don?t forget to specify your IBAN and BIC number so we can refund the money to your account as quickly as possible.

How soon do I need to send it back?

When we receive your return package we will repay the purchase price as quickly as possible within a maximum of 14 days. This term starts at the moment you have signed up the package with UPS.Fill out the return form and indicate which items you wish to return. Include their return code. Place the item in its original packing or a reasonable alternative. Include the complete receipt and the return form. Stick the supplied return sticker (which shows the return address) and call UPS.

Did brunotti.com get my return consignment?
If we receive your return consignment in our distribution centre, you will get a confirmation by e-mail. If you returned your package longer than a week ago and didn't receive a confirmation yet, please contact us by telling us your order details and the order number.
What is the maximum term for returning items?

The returning of items is easy. Send the received items back to us in unused condition (original and undamaged packing if possible) within 14 days after receiving them, using the supplied return sticker. It is of course allowed to try the clothing on. When trying on swimwear we ask you to wear underwear for hygienic reasons. brunotti.com has the right to charge you with applicable costs if the returned items are used or damaged.

I have received my order, but unfortunately my order and the delivered products are not the same.
That doesn't happen in general but we can make a mistake as well. In this case we would like to ask you to contact us by email, which points out the problem. Please mention your phone number than we can call you back as soon as possible.
Can I exchange goods that are on sale?

Also goods that are on sale, can be exchanged. brunotti.com allows you to return all articles within 14 days. Please always use the enclosed return form.

I have (partly) returned my order, but have not received payment on my account or my credit card?
When you return items we will pay you the purchase amount as quickly as possible within a maximum of 14 days. This term starts at the moment you have signed up your package with PostNL. If this term is already exceeded, please contact us with the contact form. We can also be reached by phone from Monday until Friday, from 9.00 to 17.00 on number 033-4517095.

When we receive the returned item we will return the purchase money as soon as possible, within a maximum of 14 days from the moment you indicate you want to return your purchase. Do you compensate me for my shipping costs when I return an item?
In case the items are not to your liking you can return them. If you return your entire order, we will refund the shipping costs. Return shipping costs from abroad are for the client. In the Netherlands the return shipping is free.

After you have placed your order, your goods will be put on hold for seven days. As soon as the money transfer is visible we will send you your goods. If the transaction is made to late or not at all, the order as well as the transaction will automatically be cancelled after seven days.
 
When making a transaction to a foreign account, you will need some information from the concerning person/business. Next to a bank account number, you will need the IBAN and BIC CODE to make a transaction. Make sure you have the complete name and address of the person/business you are making your transaction to. These details are noted on your invoice. Please note your invoice number in the description field.

Why is it not possible for me to purchase on account?
brunotti.com wants to reserve the right to prove purchase on account as a result of a negative credit assessment. Furthermore it could happen that you cannot purchase on account because the total amount is too huge.
My credit card was not accepted?

A possible reason for this is:

 The country of issue differs from the country where the IP address is registered or where the IP address comes from. The transaction will be rejected then. This as a security measure to prevent fraud.

How secure is Brunotti online shopping?
The whole order process at brunotti.com is safe. We use software to provide high level SSL encryption technology. All personal data (especially your accounting and credit card information) will be encrypted before leaving your PC. It is not possible for outsiders to read this data.

Warranty

Legal warranty

All the items you can buy from us are subject to a legal warranty policy. This means that the item should be in good condition when it is delivered and should function normally when it is used. The legal warranty policy means that the product is or does what the consumer can expect from it in all fairness.

What is a good product? You should at least be able to use an item without problems for a period of time. How long the item lasts, depends on the nature of the item. If you are buying an item on sale, you are also entitled to a good product.

What is a poor product?An item is poor when it is incomplete, damaged, broken or not working well.

Your rights during the warranty term

If an item does not function within the applicable warranty term, we will search for a good solution as quickly as possible. This could include, for example, free repairs, a new item or a refund. If the problem with the item is due to your own fault you are not entitled to free repairs, a new item or a refund. If the item has been used normally, but has just been worn out, you are also not entitled to free repairs, a new item or a refund.

Warranty certificate

Your order confirmation is at the same time your warranty certificate. If you want to make use of our warranty policy, we ask that you send us a copy of the order confirmation.

Right of withdrawal

From the moment your order has been delivered, you have 14 days to decide if you want to keep the items. This also goes for items on sale. Within this term you can look at the items and see if they fit. The item should be returned unused and in the original state. If you decide to return the item within the mentioned term, you use your right of withdrawal. It is sufficient to send the items back with the return form.

You can also indicate you wish to use your right of withdrawal using the model form. You are not obligated to use the model form, because the right of withdrawal is valid without the form as well.

In case you return your entire order, we will refund the shipping costs as well. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method as has been used to pay for the order.
