How do I measure correctly?

If you want to take your own measurements, it's best to do this in your underwear. This prevents measurements that are too large. Use measuring tape with centimeters (cm) and make sure not to wrap it around yourself too tightly. All sizes refer to standard sizes.

 

Breast size (1):

To measure your chest size, pull measuring tape around the widest part of your chest.

Waist (2):

To measure your waist, pull the measuring tape around the smallest part of your waist.

Hips (3):

To measure the circumference of your hips, pull the measuring tape around the widest part of your hips.

HOURGLASS BODY SHAPE

The hourglass body shape is characterised by hip and bust measurements nearly equal in size, with a narrower waist measurement. Nearly all bikini bottoms will suit you well. Go for a basic bottom, hipster, low bottom or fancy bottom. Choose the bottom you are feeling happy in!

ATHLETIC BODY SHAPE

The athletic body shape is also known as the inverted triangle body shape. This body shape is characterised by broad shoulders and bust that narrow down to the hips. If you like, you can model your shape more by choosing striking bikinis. For example, prints and ties. A bottom with a smaller and more narrow fit gives your lower body optical seen more curves, because of the curves of your hips are more visible. For example take a hipster or low bottom with small coverage. Side ties emphasise your female curves any more.

PEAR BODY SHAPE

Do you have large hips which are wider than the bust and shoulders, a defined waist and slim arms and shoulders? Than you have a pear body shape. For the bottom we advise a solid coloured one. The rectangle body shape is characterised by equal bust, waist and hip measurements. You are not particularly curvy and your waist is not well-defined. To shape your lower body, a bottom with a smaller and more narrow fit like a hipster or a low bottom is suitable. The curves of your hips will be more visible. Nice details, like ties and folds, accentuate your female curves any more. Other bottom types which suit you well, are the basic bottom and the boxer.

APPLE BODY SHAPE

Do you have an apple body shape with a large bust, narrow hips and legs and a full midsection? A hipster or low bottom gives your hips optical seen more curves. Besides that, your legs seems any longer with this types of bottoms. In combination with bright colours or nice prints it will suit you very well.
