At Brunotti, quality and performance are at the heart of everything we do. We want you to enjoy your product to the fullest. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help and will always look for a suitable solution together.
Warranty
We apply the legal warranty to all our products. This means you can expect a product to perform as reasonably expected under normal use. Is something wrong with your item? Please contact us, we’ll always look at your situation and work towards an appropriate solution.
What can you expect from us?
The solution depends on:
- The age of the product
- The nature of the issue
- How the product has been used
Shortly after purchase
If your item becomes defective shortly after purchase, we will always look for the best solution, such as:
- Replacement
- Repair
- Or a refund
After longer use
If the product has been used for a longer period, we will carefully assess the situation and work with you towards a suitable solution. This may include:
- A repair
- A partial compensation
- Or a voucher
Even outside the warranty period, we’re happy to think along with you.
Repairs
In some cases, we may ask you to have the product repaired locally (for example by a tailor). If agreed in advance, we will reimburse the repair costs in the form of a voucher. Please note: that repair reimbursements are always provided as a voucher and not as a monetary refund.
What is not covered under warranty?
The following situations are not covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper or intensive use
- Damage caused by falls, impacts or abrasion
- Discoloration due to external factors such as washing or sunscreen

Complaints
If you are not satisfied with a product or our service, please let us know. Send an email to info@brunottishop.com including your order number (starting with BES). We aim to respond within 2 working days and will always work with you to find a suitable solution.
Purchased via another retailer
If you did not purchase your Brunotti product through our webshop, please contact the store where you purchased the item. They will assist you with your warranty request.
Discount codes & returns
If you used a discount code, the discount is proportionally distributed across the items in your order. If you return (part of) your order, the refunded amount will reflect the applied discount. Discount codes are for one-time use only.
