Warranty & Service

On all our articles we apply the legal warranty. Legal warranty means that a product is or should do what you as a consumer can reasonably expect it to do.

If an article does not function properly within the legal warranty period, we will look for a good solution as soon as possible. Example: free repair, new article, refund of money.

If the problem with the item was caused by improper use, you are not entitled to any kind of compensation.

If the item has worn out due to normal use, you are also not entitled to any kind of compensation.

If you are dissatisfied with an item, the item does not function as it should or you have a complaint about our service, please contact us! Send an e-mail to info@brunottishop.com stating your order number (the order number starts with BES...).

We will immediately look for an appropriate solution. You will receive a reply within two working days.

If you have a complaint within the legal warranty period, all costs will be for Brunotti E-shop's account.

If you did not purchase the product in our online shop www.brunotti.com, please contact the store where you purchased the item.

Discount code - Returning items
If you have used a discount code, the discount will be deducted from the total amount of your order. The discount is therefore divided proportionally among all items ordered. If you return items from this order, the amount of the item will be credited minus the proportionate discount. A discount code is for one-time use only.
